About the School
1% Elite Minds is an elite execution school built to produce real
founders, business builders, and leaders in India. We offer 6 programmes ranging from our
12-month flagship EFEP to focused programmes in Sales, AI, Content Creation, and Business
Execution.
No. 1% Elite Minds is an educational programme, not a formally
accredited institution or degree-granting body. Our certificates represent programme completion.
The focus is on real-world skills, execution, and business building — not academic credentials.
We are based in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, India (3rd Floor, Sublime
Tower, 825301). All programmes are delivered online, allowing students from across India —
Delhi, Mumbai, Patna, Lucknow, Bangalore, and beyond — to participate.
Enrolment & Eligibility
Anyone aged 13 and above can apply. There is no upper age limit and
no academic grade requirement. Acceptance is based on your commitment, coachability, and
alignment with our values — not marks or degrees.
Yes. Students under 18 must have verifiable parent or guardian
consent. A parent/guardian must attend an enrollment meeting with our Elite Executives before
enrollment is confirmed. Monthly progress reports are also sent to parents.

submission, you will be given an assessment task, invited for a video interview, and our team
will contact you with a decision within 7 working days.
Programmes
EFEP (Elite Founder Execution Programme) is our 12-month flagship
programme. It covers business building, AI leverage, sales, strategy, leadership, and real
execution through challenges and live sessions. Minimum 80% attendance is required for
graduation.
Yes. All live sessions are recorded and available exclusively to
enrolled students. Sharing, distributing, or posting recordings outside the programme is
strictly prohibited and may result in removal without refund.
Fees & Refunds
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net
Banking, and NEFT/RTGS. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. EMI options are
available for select programmes.
All fees are non-refundable after the programme start date. Within 7
days of payment AND before the programme starts, refund requests may be considered on a
case-by-case basis. If we cancel a cohort, you receive a 100% refund or transfer to the next
